How does Buttz's 3-Size-System© work?
Instead of many rigid sizes, Buttz only has three: Size 1 (XS–M), Size 2 (L–2XL), and Size 3 (3XL–5XL). The extremely elastic material adapts to every body within these ranges – without cutting in or slipping.
What should I do if I'm between two sizes?
The 3-Size System© is designed for exactly that. For example, if you are between M and L, that falls into the transition area between size 1 and 2. In this case, we recommend size 1 – the material stretches and adapts.
Does the 3-Size System© apply to all Buttz products?
The 3-Size-System© applies to all High Elastics products. The Shapster and Tangster have their own sizing information, which can be found on the respective product page.
Shipping & Returns
The butt doesn't fit?
Whether something doesn't fit or you're not satisfied: You naturally have the option to return the ordered goods. If you are interested in a return or exchange, you will find all relevant information here.
Returns processing
After placing your order, you can easily process your return via our returns portal. Simply enter your postcode and order number to manage your return.
Once your order has left the warehouse, you will also find the overview in the shipping emails we send you.
Return period
You can return your ordered Buttz within 30 days; you can find more information under Right of Withdrawal.
Refund
If you wish to return your order or part of it, we will, of course, refund the product price. However, outward and return shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
Return Shipping
If there is a defect in the goods and you have contacted our service team, then we will, of course, cover the shipping costs. If you do not like or the Buttz do not fit, then you can print a return label in our portal and send the goods back to the warehouse for €5.90. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of returns
Of course, you can try on our goods and return them if something doesn't fit. However, if the goods show signs of wear, we will charge a cleaning fee of €10 per return.

Finding the right size
What size am I in underwear?
Measure your hip circumference at the widest point and your waist circumference. Compare the values with the size chart of the respective product – not with general clothing sizes, as these vary greatly depending on the brand. For the High Elastics from Buttz, you only need to choose between 3 sizes: Size 1 (XS–M), Size 2 (L–2XL), and Size 3 (3XL–5XL).
Why do my underwear cut in, even though they're my size?
Cutting in is usually a sign that the underwear is too small – either because you actually need a size bigger, or because the brand runs very small. Especially inelastic materials can cut in, even if the size is correct. Elastic material adapts better to body curves.
Is underwear that digs in harmful?
Permanently wearing underwear that is too tight can cause pressure marks, skin irritation, and a restricted body feeling. Especially on the thighs, in the groin, and at the hips, tight underwear can affect blood circulation. It's worth paying attention to the fit – comfort is not a luxury.
How do I know if my underwear is too big?
Underwear that is too large slips during the day, wrinkles, doesn't sit properly on the bottom, and shows through tighter clothing. If the waistband also doesn't stay put but shifts on your stomach, that's another sign.
What does the Buttz 3-Size System© mean?
The Buttz 3-Size System© reduces the standard sizing system to 3 sizes (1, 2, 3), each covering a wide range of body sizes thanks to the highly elastic material. The aim is to eliminate guesswork in finding the right size and to create underwear that adapts to the body – not the other way around.
