Buttz doesn't fit?

Whether something doesn't fit or you don't like it: You naturally have the option to return the ordered goods. If you are interested in a return or exchange, you will find all relevant information here.

Return processing

After placing your order, you can easily process your return via buttz.hive.app. Simply enter your postal code and order number to manage your return.

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will also find the overview in the shipping emails we send you.

Return period

You can return your ordered Buttz within 14 days; you can find more information under Right of Withdrawal.

Refund

If you wish to return your order or part of it, we will naturally refund the product price. However, shipping costs for both delivery and return are excluded from the refund.

Return Shipping

If there is a defect in the goods and you have contacted our service team, we will naturally cover the shipping costs. If you don't like the Buttz or it doesn't fit, you can print a return label in the Hive App and send the goods back to the warehouse for €3.

Condition of Returns

You are, of course, allowed to try on our goods and return them if something doesn't fit. However, if the goods show signs of wear, we must charge a cleaning fee of €10 per return.
