Between two sizes? We recommend the smaller one. Our material is ultra-stretchy and hugs every body. If you find a cuff too tight after the first try-on, briefly stretch it with your hands.

Rinse under cold water after use, then wash in the washing machine at up to 40°C. Wash only with liquid detergent – no pods, no powder, no hygiene rinses, no fabric softener. Powder detergents often contain bleach and adhesive-dissolving substances that can permanently damage absorbency. For a gentle wash cycle, we recommend our Buttz laundry bag.
